These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Atenbiz ("Company") and you ("Client"). By accessing our website or availing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Business Purpose
AtenBiz provides professionals and businesses with access to skilled virtual experts in the areas of:
AI & Automation Services: Workflow automation, AI integrations, process optimization
Outsourced Operations: Virtual assistance, admin support, social media and client operations
Lead Generation & Outreach: Prospect research, cold outreach campaigns, appointment setting
Technical & Web Support: Website design, platform integrations, technical troubleshooting
Content, Branding & Online Presence: Content strategy, branding design, social media management
Legal Annotation & Compliance Support: Legal document annotation, compliance reviews, policy support
The personnel or specialists provided by AtenBiz are associated with AtenBiz and are not employees or agents of the client. All communications, deliverables, and engagements must flow through AtenBiz’s platform or assigned coordinator.
Termination & Cancellation
AtenBiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to a client due to non-compliance, non-payment, misconduct, or as otherwise stated in the specific service agreement, with or without prior notice.
Termination will be subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of onboarding, including any applicable notice period, service delivery cutoff, as set out in the service-level agreement or proposal.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to maintain professionalism and clear communication via email, phone, chat, or video call.
Clients must understand the nature of virtual collaboration, including time zone differences, and must provide timely instructions, access, or clarifications as needed.
For legal services, clients must understand that AtenBiz does not provide litigation, court appearances, or legal representation. Services are limited to documentation and contract-related support.
The client is solely responsible for final decisions made based on advisory input.
Service Engagement
Each service may require a specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines, which will be outlined in a separate proposal or onboarding email.
Service delivery may be executed through digital channels, including email, and project management tools.
Payment Terms
All AtenBiz services are paid, unless otherwise mentioned under a free consultation.
Payments may be made via credit card, UPI, or other approved digital gateways.
Payment terms (advance, milestone-based, or retainer) will be agreed upon in the engagement agreement or invoice.
Delays in payment may result in service interruptions or penalties.
Confidentiality
AtenBiz acknowledges that all client information, data, and documents shared are confidential and will be treated with the utmost care.
All team members are bound by internal Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
No information will be shared with third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.
Non-Refund Policy
All payments made to AtenBiz for services are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement. This applies to full project fees, payments, consultation charges, and retainers.
Once a service is initiated or resources are allocated, the client shall not be entitled to any refund—whether the service is partially used, completed, delayed due to client-side inaction, or voluntarily cancelled by the client.
AtenBiz reserves the right to consider refund requests only in exceptional cases, and at its sole discretion. Any such refund, if approved, will be subject to applicable administrative deductions and processing timelines.
